Only the finest in Seabourn's new Connoisseur Collection

Offerings range from premium whisky and wine tastings to 'Dinner Under the Stars' and curated meals paired with premium wines.

'Our new Connoisseur Collection was created to deliver unparalleled epicurean delights and experiences that will please a wide range of palates.'

Each experience takes place in an intimate, small-group atmosphere alongside fellow aficionados.

Whisky tasting

Led by the bar manager, this hour-long whisky-tasting features five to seven top whiskies from Scotland, Japan, the US and beyond.

Prestige Macallan tasting

The bar manager leads a tasting of The Macallan Expressions, featuring three exclusive selections: Rare Cask, Oscuro and No. 6.

Sommelier lunch

Five courses are paired with premium reserve wines. Example dishes include black truffle risotto with Château Batailley 5ème Grand Cru Classé 2017, and Pacific cod and lobster fricassee paired with Maison Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2014.

Global wine quest

Participants can sample up to 10 reserve wines sourced from five countries, each represented by two varietals. Whether held in the intimate setting of the Club, the Solis Bar or on the open deck under the stars, this tasting is accompanied by the sommelier team.

Dinner Under the Stars

Available on select ocean voyages, this offers an evening of prestige ingredients and fine wines under a canopy of stars, weather permitting. Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation passengers will experience this event within The Retreat sanctuary on Deck 12. The ambiance is further elevated by a classical guitarist, when available.
