Ponant partners with Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse for fleetwide menu creation

French luxury operator Ponant is partnering with Ducasse Education, the catering training arm of Michelin-starred French cook Alain Ducasse, to create menus and train shipboard chefs to provide a consistent fleet-wide culinary offering and service across ten onboard restaurants.
