Each voyage will showcase the creativity and skill of one of the renowned chefs from the gourmet association – all rising stars below the age of 40 who have already won international accolades, including from Michelin.

There are itineraries in the 2025 Maris selection – all aboard SH Diana – that can be daisy-chained for a longer culinary voyage.

Fine dining and discovery

For 2025, there are 10 Maris sailings to choose from, nine on SH Diana and one on SH Vega, with destinations spanning the Arctic, Europe and Mediterranean

Serving a different signature dish every night, the Maris chef engages passengers during the voyage, leading up to a gala dinner that shows their talent, inspired by a passion for tradition, sustainability and quality local ingredients.

The Maris chef will mix and socialise with passengers throughout the cruise.

Sharing their expertise, the Maris chef also puts on a cooking show that reveals secrets of their art, and leads gastronomic excursions ashore to explore culinary traditions and specialties.

Atlantic

Michelin Star chef Heribert Dietrich from Switzerland will join SH Diana’s nine-night voyage taking in Europe's Atlantic coast, departing Lisbon for Portsmouth on May 12, 2025.

The vessel will leave Portsmouth for Dublin on May 21, 2025 with Michelin Star chef Kevin Lejeune from Belgium for an 11-night sailing.

David Goerne from France, who has a Michelin Green Star, will join passengers on SH Diana’s 11-night cruise from Amsterdam to Lisbon kicking off on July 31, 2025, taking in the historic ports of Europe’s Atlantic seaboard.

Nordic region

Philippe Deslarzes from Switzerland, who has a Michelin star, will be on board SH Diana as she embarks on an eight-night circumnavigation of Iceland from Reykjavik on June 2, 2025.

Herman Cooijmans from the Netherlands is set to join the ship’s 10-night sailing leaving on July 21, 2025 from Tromsø for the fjords, before the vessel heads to Amsterdam.
