When Silver Endeavour enters service in Antarctica in late November, it will feature four signature restaurants, as well as Silversea Cruises' Arts Café and 24-hour in-suite dining.

'Travelers will be able to sample fine international fare of the highest quality in four of our signature restaurants, while admiring the icy landscapes of Antarctica and the Arctic from the comfort of the ship’s spacious interiors. They can also have their butler serve meals in-suite, around the clock, if they prefer,' said Barbara Muckermann, chief commercial officer, Silversea Cruises.

300 seats for dinner on a 200-passenger ship

Providing the luxury of choice, Silver Endeavour will offer its 200 passengers almost 300 seats for dinner each night, plus in-suite dining.

Dining venues include The Restaurant, seating up to 192 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Restaurant offers a wide variety of international and regional menu options, with a selection that rotates daily.

Il Terrazzino and La Dame

Il Terrazzino, meaning 'little terrace' in homage to Silversea's La Terrazza restaurant, will serve Italian cuisine in a more intimate venue seating up to 36 for dinner only.

Silversea’s signature French restaurant, La Dame, will offer an a la carte menu or a six-course tasting menu with a wine pairing. Open for dinner only, La Dame will host up to 20 diners by reservation for a 60 per person fee.

Poolside dining at The Grill

The Grill, Silver Endeavour's casual eatery, offers 270-degree views from a glass-enclosed, double-deck space adjacent to the pool. The venue will offer an a la carte menu of international dishes, with seating for up to 80 at breakfast and lunch, and up to 48 for dinner.

Arts Cafe

Debuting in polar regions, the Arts Cafe — Silversea's take on a classic coffee shop —  will provide floor-to-ceiling windows, speciality coffees and teas, fresh pastries and gourmet bites.

Silver Endeavour's 24-hour in-suite dining provides an extensive menu ranging from casual fare to opulent delights such as sustainable caviar and Champagne.
