A look at Silver Nova's eight restaurants including the new Marquee
Silver Nova's eight restaurants include Silversea Cruises' signature venues, some with new color palettes and layouts, and, new, The Marquee, an alfresco spot high on Deck 10.

The Marquee incorporates The Grill, Silversea's 'hot rocks' culinary concept, and Spaccanapoli, its pizza restaurant. With far-reaching views and seating for 220, the venue — proximate to the enlarged swimming pool — will offer a relaxed atmosphere, serving casual fare by day and dinner under the stars.
The other restaurants are located on Decks 3, 4 and 5.
La Terrazza
The largest of Silver Nova’s dining spots, with capacity for 340, La Terrazza will comprise indoor and outdoor spaces on Deck 4, with open seating for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a large buffet area during the day.

Reimagined with a more vibrant color palette, the restaurant will have floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive terrace for up to 90 diners. La Terraza have a new shape: curved on the port side and stretching all the way aft on the starboard side, allowing for more tables by the window.
Atlantide
At 546 square meters/1,791 square feet, Atlantide will be the most spacious of Silver Nova’s restaurants, accommodating 270 diners for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Deck 3.

A new layout and modern materials will elevate this luxurious space with fluted glass, metal trim and natural stone flooring beneath an elegant chandelier.
S.A.L.T. Kitchen
When S.A.L.T. Kitchen launched aboard Silver Moon, it became the first large-scale regional restaurant at sea. Aboard Silver Nova, the 160-seat venue will take on a new look and feel on Deck 3. Some larger tables will accommodate groups for a more social experience.

High ceilings and vast windows will create a sense of openness with ample natural light, whle artworks will reflect the world’s culinary traditions. True to its concept, S.A.L.T. Kitchen will offer a menu inspired by each destination, from the Terrain menu, which adapts according to the port of call, to the Voyage menu, which comprises the best recipes of each voyage.
La Dame
Silversea’s signature French restaurant will host 70 guests in an elegant, formal setting on Deck 4. Design detals include an open entranceway, high ceilings and sizable windows for views from every seat. Creative ceiling lighting will emphasize La Dame’s contrasting color palette of bright and dark tones.
Hand-made Lalique crystal panels, including the bespoke Masque de Femme design, and a Hirondelles crystal chandelier adorn the space.
Silver Note
Inspired by jazz clubs of the 1920s, Silver Note will seat up to 54 guests for dinner in a venue with a new design and layout. Ideal for an atmospheric meal or a post-dinner cocktail, the intimate Deck 5 spot will have a dark color palette with gold metal and velvet accents.
Feature lighting installations on the ceiling and a wrap-around wall place focus on a central stage with a piano for live performances. Silver Note’s bar will also be enhanced with a fresh design and more seating.
Kaiseki
Kaiseki will serve fine Asian cuisine in a minimalist, Japanese-inspired setting on Deck 4, accommodating 40 in a tranquil environment. New design features include a symbolic gateway entrance and decor incorporating authentic washi paper, marble and wood.

Primarily serving Japanese fare, Kaiseki will also offer he chance to sample fine Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Korean and Chinese cuisine from an à la carte menu.
Relocated Arts Café
In addition to eight restaurants, Silver Nova will reprise the Arts Café, accommodating up to 70 for snacks and refreshments in a relaxed atmosphere. Relocated to the center of the ship, the café will benefit from ample natural light thanks to a double-height, glazed atrium.
As is customary on Silversea ships, travelers will also have the option of complimentary in-suite dining around the clock, enhanced by the indulgent Otium menu, including snacks like lobster and caviar in brioche and a range of gourmet popcorn.
The 728-passenger, 54,700gt Silver Nova is scheduled to launch in 2023 as a hybrid ship that uses fuel cells and batteries to stay emissions-free while in port.
