Among those is a redesigned Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud. Introduced on Celebrity Beyond, this second Boulud restaurant will be reimagined by KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group.

Once again this latest Edge-class ship will offer four complimentary main dining options, each with a signature menu and rotating nightly dishes. The Cosmopolitan restaurant will be redesigned, inspired by the culture of champagne.

Blu, the clean-cuisine restaurant exclusive to AquaClass guests, will feature an outdoor terrace with 24-person seating available for daytime dining, from alfresco brunches to lunches.

Le Petit Chef dinner will feature a new animation and menu to match, while Eden Restaurant will add a plant-based tasting menu.

Cocktails

Expanding on whiskey tastings, Craft Social will now offer high-end bourbons and new tasting seminars.

Aligning with the trend of low-sugar cocktails and fresh, crisp ingredients, the Martini Bar will feature new creations and an expanded menu including lychee and passion fruit martinis.

New entertainment, art and retail

On Ascent, as the sun sets the Resort Deck will offer evening entertainment with live performances, music and a DJ creating a pulsating dance floor.

Celebrity is partnering with industry-leading creatives to introduce three new productions shows in The Theatre, new interactive digital experiences and shows in The Club and new engaging, immersive shows in the Eden Bar and Restaurant. All will feature world-class dancers, vocalists, musicians and specialty artists.

The Art Gallery will be redesigned to better showcase artworks and offer auctions and events.

And, exclusively aboard Celebrity Ascent will be the Sunset Collection by Nate Berkus, a selection of travel and home accessories.

Returning signature spaces

Returning signature spaces include The Magic Carpet cantilevered lounge, The Rooftop Garden; the spa with its SEA Thermal Suite, full-service salon and barber; a vast Resort Deck with cabanas lining the pool, two-story martini-glass-shaped hot tubs and the adults-only Solarium; the Sunset Bar designed by Nate Berkus and the Grand Plaza and Martini Bar.

Celebrity Ascent is scheduled to debut in November and will operate Caribbean cruises from Port Everglades from December to April. The ship will then head to the Mediterranean for a summer of cruises to Greece, Italy, Turkey, Spain and France.
