The creative visionaries behind these have collaborated on major productions, Las Vegas and the West End to the Olympics, and for some of the world’s biggest brands and artists, according to Lisa Lehr, VP entertainment, Celebrity Cruises.

'We’ve set the stage with so many experiential and imaginative offerings that I have never been more excited to debut our entertainment programming,' said Brian Abel, Celebrity's SVP hotel operations.

Celebrity's largest theatre

The largest in the Celebrity fleet, The Theatre on Celebrity Beyond introduces three all-new production shows with programming brought to life through the latest technology. Wrapping around the stage is a 110-foot curved 4K LED screen with five moving panels. Floor projection technology integrates with the content on the screen, creating a floor-to-ceiling visual effects experience.

The shows include ‘Elements,’ a journey through the five elements — air, water, earth, fire and ether — using mesmerising visuals, acrobatic performances and fashion-inspired costumes. 'Air sculptures,' created by Brooklyn-based artist Daniel Wurtzel, are a highlight as air is blown into large sheets of flowing fabric creating dancing art along with a first custom air fountain blow-out that floats over the audience.

Choreography is by 'Got to Dance' winner Lukas McFarlane and co-direction by Marck Stevens, renowned director from Vegas to Europe, and Liam Lunniss, visionary behind some of today’s top musical artists’ concerts and productions.

‘Arte’ immerses audiences in iconic works of art with electrifying dance, high-flying acrobatics and mind-bending visual effects..The modern-day sculptural work of Brazilian artist Rubem Robierb is also featured, with a show segment based on his powerful 'Peace Makers' sculpture displayed on Celebrity Beyond. Choreography is by London’s West End creative leader Kendra Horburgh (& Juliet).

‘Stage Door' is like giving the audience a backstage pass into the biggest Broadway and West End musicals. The immersive performances are accompanied by a full symphony orchestra recorded in the London Palladium. The show is brought to life through cutting-edge technology by director/choreographer of West End’s 'Thriller Live!,' Gary Lloyd.

The Club

Entertainment throughout Celebrity Beyond will take place in nightspot The Club, introducing a new concept show, along with two all-new live music nights.

The Jazz Joint at The Club, produced by the team behind the entertainment at The Mayfair Supper Club at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, is a speakeasy show concept featuring jazz, powerhouse vocalists, dancers, specialty acts and some laughs along the way.

The new Music Nights are 'Rocked,' with vocalists and orchestra members from The Theatre presenting iconic concert moments and 'Bring the Brass,' a tribute spanning the decades from the great horn bands of the past to today's musicians.

Eden

At the way aft, the grand three-story space Eden, will offer multi-sensory experiences that change throughout the day, from 'chillful' mornings to playful afternoons and everything from meditation to a 'Create and Pour' art and wine tasting class. By night, six curated experiences including three new cast shows with unforgettable characters, decadent performances and Instagrammable moments.

The Grand Plaza at the heart of the ship comes alive at night with eight all-new light shows choreographed to music. Rooftop Garden on the ship’s Resort Deck provides the perfect spot for morning Tai Chi, outdoor movies and dancing under the stars.

Youth programs

Camp at Sea for ages 3-12 will feature a new partnership with 'Adventures in Cardboard' for activities blending competitive play and cooperative storytelling through cardboard artworks. A vlogging class will use Go Pros, and a variety of STEM activities involve coding, the ocean and geography.

Teen Club will feature silent disco parties, digital trivia, game night challenges and more for ages 13-17.

Celebrity Beyond's maiden voyage from Southampton is set for April 27.  The ship will then offer a variety of Mediterranean journeys through early October before redeploying to the Caribbean.
