Cunard serves up a taste of Australia

Cunard will operate a five-night ‘Great Australian Culinary Voyage’ from Sydney aboard Queen Elizabeth on January 28, 2023.

Calling at Melbourne and Burnie, the round sailing will celebrate Australian food and wine, with special on-board demonstrations and shore excursions.

There will be an emphasis on indigenous ingredients and Tasmania’s renowned wine industry. 

‘Australia isn’t just known for world-class beaches and stunning places,’ Commercial Director Australia Katrina McAlpine said. 

‘Its unique produce and talented people have earned us a reputation as one of the world’s leading foodie destinations,’ she said.

‘We are extremely proud to showcase this on our Great Australian Culinary Voyage and to work with a fantastic lineup of acclaimed culinary talent which we will announce early next year.

Suppliers’ platform

‘I am also really excited to give our suppliers a platform to highlight their incredible produce and tell our guests the story behind what they are eating and drinking.'
