Traditional festive fare plus afternoon tea with a festive twist will be served on board.

When it comes to interiors, a combined 3,000 Christmas trees fill Cunard's ships, with one measuring 21ft on each ship.

‘... There’s a real sense of occasion around our ships with surprising Christmas delights in entertainment and hospitality,’ said Sture Myrmell, president, Carnival UK. 

Festive entertainment

Passengers can attend seasonal shows and concerts. 

Bespoke gifts will be shared, with treats for children on Christmas Eve and a visit to the grotto to meet Father Christmas on Christmas morning.

Christmas 2022 itineraries 

Flagship Queen Mary 2 begins its 12-night round-trip Caribbean voyage from New York today, with tickets starting from £5,899 per person. Also on December 22, Queen Elizabeth sets sail from Melbourne, Australia for New Zealand as part of a 14-night round-trip. Tickets are priced starting at £2,469 per person.

Setting sail from Southampton on a Canary Islands cruise tomorrow is Queen Victoria. The 15-night roundtrip is priced starting at £3,299 per person. 

Christmas 2023 programme  

A 12-night Caribbean voyage from New York will commence December 22, 2023. Prices are from £5,299 per person on Queen Mary 2. Queen Elizabeth also repeats its 2022 Melbourne-New Zealand Christmas programme, departing next year on December 22 for a 14-night sailing whose prices start at £4,599 per person.

Queen Victoria’s 2023 15-night Canary Islands voyage from Southampton, setting off December 23, 2023 is priced starting from £7,349 per person.
