The demand and pricing for the brand's first new class of ship in nine years are 'absolutely outstanding' and 'driving a great 2024,' Bayley said.

Ultimate Family Townhouse

As one example, Bayley pointed to Icon of the Seas' Ultimate Family Townhouse, a three-story accommodation in the new Surfside neighborhood for young families.

It's already 55% sold for 2024, at an average price of $75,000 per week.

The Ultimate Family Townhouse sleeps up to eight. It has a slide, a cinema with karoke, its own patio with table tennis and direct access to Surfside — plus a mailbox and a white picket fence.

Icon of the Seas is scheduled to enter service from PortMiami in early 2024 following its delivery in late 2023 from Meyer Turku.
