NCLH forms 'Experiences at Sea' to produce experiential charters
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings formed 'Experiences at Sea' uniting NCL subsidiary Sixthman Festivals at Sea and the company's charters, meetings and incentives division.

This new brand will leverage Sixthman’s 21 years of expertise from producing more than 160 charters focused on creating immersive experiences along with the veteran NCLH charters, meetings and incentives team.
Experiences at Sea will serve corporate, incentive and affinity-focused clients across NCL, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The aim is to produce highly curated, elevated cruise experiences with an emphasis on community, connection and lasting memories.
Events spanning 66 nights in a row
First off, it will host 13 consecutive affinity events over 66 nights.

Diaz added Experiences at Sea is committed to 'going above and beyond to shatter the expectations of what a vacation can be.'
From wrestling and rock to nurses and country music
From wrestling to nurses, comedic Internet influencers, the LGTBQIA+ community and music genres such as rock, Americana, country, pop, electronic dance and blues, to name a few, Norwegian Pearl will host this company record number of back-to-back theme cruises from Jan. 20 to March 27.
Voyages will sail from Miami to a variety of Caribbean islands and including the company's private destinations of Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas and Harvest Caye in Belize.
Among the events: Cruise Perfect, Jan. 20-23 to Nassau, with the five dudes from sports comedy group Dude Perfect; The Rock Boat XXII, Jan. 23-28 to Puerto Plata and Nassau, hosted by Sister Hazel and featuring over 30 acts including Need to Breathe, Neon Trees, American Authors and Lit.
On the Blue, Jan. 28 - Feb. 2, to Harvest Caye and Costa Maya, is hosted by Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues for a classic rock cruise with an array of performances.
Further events include Chris Jericho’s Rock N Wrestling Rager at Sea, Nursecon at Sea, Cayamo, Sail Across the Sun, Outlaw Country Cruise, The Friendship, The Beach Boys Cruise, 311 Caribbean Cruise 7, Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea VIII and Atlantis.
Broadway Cruise from New York
Plus, from New York to Bermuda on Norwegian Gem, The Broadway Cruise will sail March 31 - April 5 with performances by Tony-Award winners Laura Benanti, Kristin Chenoweth, Alan Cumming and others.
Rugby World Cup series
Experiences at Sea also is collaborating with Infinity Sports & Events to offer a series of cruises from one to 10 nights for the Rugby World Cup games between Sept. 8 and Oct. 16 aboard Norwegian Epic. Travelers will get guaranteed official match tickets to a selection of games played in Marseille, Nice, Bordeaux and Nantes, France, as well as rugby fan-zone and former rugby player, coach and team experiences along with DJ sets.
