Norwegian bans stateroom balcony smoking from Nov. 1

Norwegian Cruise Line became the latest operator to snuff out smoking on stateroom balconies. The line is also limiting smoking in the ships' casinos to players. The changes take effect with sailings on Nov. 1 and after.

On Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Breakaway, smoking on The Waterfront will be permitted on the starboard side, except by the outdoor dining areas.
