Two experienced Celebrity Cruises executives have been named to key hotel operations roles at Silversea Cruises.

SVP Damien O'Connor

Damien O’Connor is SVP hotel operations and on-board revenue. He was with Celebrity for 12 years where he held senior positions in hotel operations, both on ships and ashore. He reports directly to Silversea CEO Roberto Martinoli.

VP Tom Brady

Tom Brady was appointed VP hotel operations. He joined Silversea after nearly eight years with Celebrity in various hotel operations roles, most recently corporate director, rooms division. His earlier experience was with Hyatt Hotels.

EVP position eliminated

Silversea's EVP fleet operations position, which was held by Christian Sauleau, has been eliminated. As reported here, Sauleau left earlier this year.

Andre Nordseth, SVP hotel operations, also left.
