Positive Polar will use the cruisePAL CRM to manage all parts of the reservations process, including bookings, revisions, payments, sales invoice and commission production and agency account reconciliation. The web-based system allows agents to work from any location.

User-friendly platform

'This user-friendly booking platform will streamline the booking process, allowing guests to secure their dream polar expedition with ease,' Positive Polar founders Hugo Hinrichsen and Jennifer Bonilla said.

As Positive Polar implements cruisePAL, the Rescompany team is 'dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to ensure a seamless experience for our new customer,' Rescompany CEO Peter Winqvist said.

During its launch announcement at Seatrade Cruise Global, Positive Polar said it nailed a lease-purchase deal to acquire Sunstone Ships’ Ocean Atlantic and plans to begin Antarctica service in November.
