It is fully customizable. Travel partners can now pre-schedule up to 10 automatic payments that can be arranged by date and amount. They even can accept more than one credit card.

Espresso is available for booking Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.

Future cruise credits

Over the last several months, Espresso enhancements pertaining to future cruise credits include the ability for advisors to redeem FCCs in three easy steps and check the status of an FCC. They also can send personalized FCC reminder emails to clients.

The personal assistant Latte was enhanced to redeem FCCs and allow for multiple FCCs to be applied at once.

Other tools

Another enhancement, eQuote, helps create tailored quotes and generates leads.

Launched in January, the Vaccine, Testing & Requirements Tool helps advisors access and share directly with clients the current protocols for their sailing date and itinerary. Clients receive a designed, customized email that includes the travel partner name and contact info.

And, introduced in March, Cruise Planner lets advisors explore the available offerings — shore excursions, dining options, beverage/dining packages, etc. — based on ship and sail date to better serve their clients.
