The boutique line will have access to detailed destination information and marketing materials for ports located throughout Europe, Canada/New England, Caribbean, Asia and the South Pacific that are managed by the Zielia team.

Valuable partnership

'This will be a valuable partnership for us as our vessels call on unique smaller ports and harbors in the Caribbean and Mediterranean where it is sometimes difficult to get updated information and materials,' said Emilio Freeman, VP itineraries & destinations, SeaDream Yacht Club.

Zielia saves time when it comes to vetting ports and getting timely and accurate destination materials by providing information cruise planners need at the click of a tab on traditional and mobile devices. New features include breaking news and alerts, helping users to make informed decisions and necessary changes in real time.

Goal to provide a single, reliable source for planners

Zielia was created with the goal of having a single, reliable source for cruise planners to find up-to-date information. The platform is based on the five pillars of itinerary planning: destination, port, attractions, marketing and calendar.

'We feel privileged to provide SeaDream with a more efficient and reliable platform when planning their upcoming itineraries,' Zielia Co-founder Shannon McKee said. 'It is our goal to provide our clients an invaluable and effective service that trickles down all the way to complete customer satisfaction.'

SeaDream employees can now log on to the Zielia database and maneuver through maps, breaking news/alerts, quick facts, port details, top attractions, marketing materials, transportation and calendar of events.
