Riverside Luxury Cruises plans to introduce Riverside Mozart (ex Crystal Mozart) on the Danube in April.

Immediate benefits

Versonix Seaware provides Riverside with immediate benefits from available distribution channels, such as B2C (seamless integration of the Seaware booking engine with the Riverside website), B2B (online booking capabilities), online travel agencies and call center. The Seaware analytics module and Seaware data warehouse will help optimize revenue and yield.

Support from nimble experts

'As a new brand, speed to market as well as advisor familiarity with our booking platform is critical. Partnering with Versonix Seaware gave us that and more, including nimble experts that supported our team,' said Jennifer Halboth, CEO, Riverside Collection, Americas. 'They quickly became an extension of the Riverside family and now have us ready to launch to the luxury advisor community.'

Versonix COO Yuri Polissky welcomed Riverside.

'We are very excited to start working with their new luxury brand in this early phase of its development and launch. Since Versonix has a number of other luxury cruise and tour clients, the new brand will be able to tap into a vast number of features and capabilities Versonix has developed over the years,' Polissky added.
