This web-based, cloud-ready solution touts a user-friendly interface which eases navigation for both travel advisors and customers and a comprehensive feature set tailored specifically for the cruise industry.

Victory Cruise Lines has already integrated cruisePAL CRS into its entire reservation process, including bookings, reservation revisions, payments, sales invoices and commissions, agency account reconciliation and more.

'Delighted' with cruisePAL

'The Victory Cruise Lines team is delighted with our decision to partner with Resco to use the cruisePAL system for our reservations processes,' said Eric Long, reservations director at Victory Cruise Lines. 'With a group of experts supervising the operation the entire time, the team has worked quickly to get the system up. The platform is very easy to use and can be tailored to fit our specific business needs and procedures.'

Victory opened bookings this week for its 2025 season in the Great Lakes, Canada/New England and St. Lawrence Seaway.
