The agreement will see Ambassador deliver exclusive offers on cruise itineraries to Croquet England members and supporters, alongside fan engagement experiences, and brand and marketing exposure opportunities.

Ambassador branding will also feature on the official kits of the England team in two matches a year, including Croquet England v Croquet Scotland from August 31 - September 1.

Gordon Nardini, Ambassador’s CMO, said the cruise line was ‘thrilled to be working with Croquet England to offer exclusive offers and discounts to the organisation’s members and fans…’

‘Attractive’ to croquet players

Ambassador supports various sports, communities and charities; new or extended partnerships in 2024 include Scottish Curling, Help for Heroes and ORCA.

Croquet England MD Paul Hetherington said the partnership ‘represents a significant step forward for Croquet England, and we look forward to working closely with Ambassador over the next three years to further promote and develop the sport in England.’ He added, ‘Their support will be instrumental as we inspire the next generation of croquet players and bring exciting opportunities to our members and fans.’

Hetherington said cruising is an attractive option for the croquet population, ‘offering a blend of relaxation, adventure and camaraderie that complements the spirit of the sport.’
