Virgin Voyages' savings and bar tab

Virgin Voyages added offers based  on travel advisors feedback on top of its already announced Black Friday savings of 80% off the second traveler in a stateroom plus a bar tab of $100, $200 or $300 depending on the itinerary length.

The booking window is Nov. 13-Dec. 3, and these deals apply to any voyages, including Virgin's new Alaska cruises, 'Marvelous Voyages' and Brilliant Lady's inaugural season sailings from New York, Miami and Los Angeles.

Just out — and not tied to Black Friday  — are reduced single supplements for solo sailors and 10% savings for travelers who pay in full at least 180 days before their cruise. Plus, the line reintroduced a bar tab in select promotional offers, an incentive it called 'highly sought after by sailors and valued by first mates.'

'A big part of our commitment to our first mates and travel advisor community includes listening to real-time feedback and bringing the right incentives to the forefront. This is especially important as we all look forward to wave season and all of the excitement around this time of year,' said John Diorio, VP North American sales for Virgin Voyages.
