Powell brings decades of travel industry experience across airlines and cruise lines. He has expertise in reservations, sales, revenue management, customer experience and marketing. 
 
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity 

Powell joins after 20 years at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where he held director and executive positions in guest travel services, revenue management and marketing. In marketing, he had various roles with Celebrity Cruises, including leading product development, direct and loyalty marketing, and consumer insights and marketing analytics. 
 
Prior to Royal Caribbean, Powell spent 12 years at American Airlines as a member of the sales leadership team in Coral Gables, Florida, which developed American’s presence in South Florida during the buildup of its Miami Caribbean/Latin American hub.
