BVI Ports Authority seeks advertising program for Tortola Pier Park

The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority and Tortola Pier Park Ltd. are inviting an experienced person or company to develop and implement a revenue-generating advertising program for the cruise pier landside development, Tortola Pier Park.

The work includes developing a multi-channel advertising program, identifying potential locations at Tortola Pier Park for placing advertising and coordinating advertising activities to generate maximum revenue. Further duties are managing the sales and placement of advertising, and the production of advertising materials, securing contracts, managing placement and removal of advertisements, and coordinating with Tortola Pier Park staff.

A scoping meeting will be held at the BVI Ports Authority headquarters at Port Purcell on Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. EOIs are due by 3 p.m. Sept. 30. Qualifying interested persons will be issued a Request for Proposals.
