Led by industry veteran Matias Moldenhauer, Vista Travel will handle all trade inquiries and bookings for Crystal. Moldenhauer, who worked with Crystal for 30 years under its previous ownership, said he looks forward to representing the brand again.

Meaningful relationship

'This relationship with Crystal means a lot to me both professionally and personally,' Moldenhauer said. 'Long-term partnerships that are full of great moments, tough times and personal trust are rare today and hold special value. Being the GSA for Crystal in Germany and Austria, driving business, making industry friends and keeping guests happy is what makes me tick, and I’m excited to see what the years to come will bring with this partnership.'

'Vista Travel has been a long-time partner of Crystal and we are thrilled to bring them on in an official GSA capacity,' said Matias Lira, SVP trade Latin America, UK and EMEA. 'Growing our business in key markets such as Germany and Austria is a top priority for the brand in 2024, and we are confident with Matias and his team representing us in the region, we will attract several new guests.'
