NCL gives teachers year-round discount, launches 5th 'Giving Joy' campaign
Norwegian Cruise Line announced a year-round discount for teachers and its fifth annual 'Norwegian's Giving Joy' campaign.

The new Teacher Cruise Discount offers educators and staff across the US and Canada a 5% discount on a cruise anywhere in the world and a $50 onboard credit.
This is available to education professionals pre-K through 12th grade, including active classroom teachers, principals and assistant principals, school employees and college/university professors.
Educators must be validated through ID.me, a secure digital identity network that allows members of the education community to verify their identity once, and never have to re-verify across any organization where ID.me is accepted. Additional information is available at www.ncl.com/teachers.
Norwegian's Giving Joy
The fifth annual Norwegian's Giving Joy campaign will award 20 teachers a free vacation aboard 2025's Norwegian Aqua.
The campaign is open now until June 7, with nominations of teachers making a difference in their classroom and communities being accepted at www.nclgivingjoy.com.
'Norwegian's Giving Joy' finalists will get to go on Norwegian Aqua's Boston inaugural while the grand prize winner will aslo get to attend the christening and inaugural cruise from PortMiami. Pictured here is the ship's Slidecoaster
The 20 US and Canadian (except Québec) educators who receive the most votes will be invited to attend an exclusive two-night inaugural event in Boston April 4-6, 2025, aboard Norwegian Aqua as the ship makes its US debut.
Grand prize Norwegian Aqua christening/inaugural
The top five grand prize winners will also have the opportunity to attend Norwegian Aqua’s christening celebration followed by a three-night inaugural cruise from Miami April 13-16.
Since 2019, the Norwegian’s Giving Joy campaign has received nearly 60,000 teacher nominations; more than 1.8m votes; awarded over 250 educators with a free cruise and donated upwards of $445,000 to teachers and their schools with the support of NCL’s partners.
