Pearl Seas' loyalty club gives a free cruise after 10 sailed

Pearl Seas Cruises introduced a loyalty program, the Oyster Society, whose top benefit is a free cruise after 10 sailings. After an Oyster Society member has cruised three times, shore excursion fees are waived for all future voyages.

Other rewards are members-only savings and promotions, free upgrades and customized luggage and name tags.

Invitations to Oyster Society cruises are a further benefit. These several sailings a year, often hosted by company executives, include special tours, receptions and entertainment.

Member gifts range from customized officers' jackets to champagne.

The 210-passenger Pearl Mist entered service this year. The ship is currently completing its deployment in the Canadian Maritimes before heading south to the Caribbean for sailings that begin in early 2015.
