Princess Cruises beefs up Australasian sales team

New head of sales

Brett Wendorf, who was national sales manager Australia and New Zealand, has been appointed head of sales operations, managing all business development managers in both countries.

Key wholesalers

Shaun Kavanagh, the former business development manager in New South Wales, has been made key account manager, overseeing cruise specialist accounts including key wholesale partners.

National account manager

Lachlan Brett, who has been working for Princess Cruises almost five years in various roles across customer service and sales, has been appointed national account manager, overseeing national accounts throughout Australasia.

In 2010 she won the Neil Frazer Award for ‘outstanding contribution to the cruise industry,’ elevating her to CLIA Australasia’s hall of fame.

She has been the Australasia correspondent for Seatrade Cruise Review since 1997 and for Seatrade Insider (now Seatrade Cruise News) since its launch in 2000.
