Above and Beyond focusses on exclusive, tailor-made cruise and stay journeys, and has a dedicated concierge service.

‘All the team at Seabourn are delighted to be working with the newly launched Above and Beyond,’ said Lynn Narraway, Seabourn VP for Europe and the UK. ‘Their concierge proposition and bespoke strategy matches our own brand vision and it is always exciting to welcome new partners into the luxury cruise space…’

Cruise.co.uk’s head of luxury and expedition, Elaine Ross, said, ‘I'm so excited to be leading this new brand. Our research has shown there is a gap in the market for an ultra-luxury travel agency, offering a full concierge service. If customers are booking high-end cruises they expect the same service from their agency, and we will go above and beyond to fulfil this.

‘When combined with ultimate connectivity and the expertise we have in putting together unique holiday experiences, we offer something no-one else can.’

Concierge service

Customers will be able to call, email, text, WhatsApp, video call and have a home visit from their dedicated cruise concierge team, in a bid to offer 'ultimate connectivity' during and after the booking process.

The concierge will offer premium cruise services to customers, including discounted airport parking, airport lounge passes and high-end shore excursions.

Bespoke services are also on offer to help with individual holiday arrangements. These include extras such as booking pet care, taking care of gifts for friends and family for anyone missing a special occasion, and a 'welcome home' essentials shop after returning.
