Kris Endreson is senior director, sales; Nicholas Young, senior director, digital and social; and Sara Duncan, marketing director.

Endreson will focus on national accounts, key accounts and consortia. Previously she was director of sales and marketing for Crystal Yacht Expeditions and Crystal AirCruises, and earlier spent more than three years at Silversea Cruises, ultimately as VP field sales, US & Canada. Prior to Silversea, Endreson was a business development manager at Royal Caribbean.

Young brings experience from Grace Bay Resorts, a group of luxury properties in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and before that, at Prestige Cruise Holdings.

Duncan came from Crystal Cruises, where she was senior manager, advertising and partnerships. Past positions were with Silversea, Royal Caribbean and at the advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

'We're excited, and we're still growing the team,' Composto told Seatrade Cruise News. She's also looking to hire a sales coordinator, marketing coordinator and MICE director.

Further positions will be added next year as Ritz-Carlton gears up to introducing its first vessel in autumn 2019.

Composto noted the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection benefits from the sales and marketing support of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. and Marriott International's luxury brands portfolio.
