Among the offers are discounts, on-board credit, free or half-price drinks packages, free stateroom upgrades, free air, gift give-aways and reduced deposits. 

Seabourn's 'Sail of the Year'

Seabourn's 'Sail of the Year' gives savings of up to 25% on select ocean and expedition voyages with a reduced 15% deposit.

And travelers can get up to $1,000 shipboard credit per suite for bookings made by Jan. 31.

The promotion applies to more than 600 worldwide ocean and expedition itineraries in 2024 and beyond. include the Arctic, Antarctic and South Pacific aboard Seabourn's two new expedition ships or Mediterranean, Alaska, Canada/New England and other destinations on the ocean fleet.

Examples of expedition voyages in the 'Sail of the Year' promotion are the 15-day 'Isles of Papua New Guinea' on May 15, 2024, the 11-day 'The Great White Continent' on Nov. 15, 2024 and the 11-day 'Fjords of East Greenland' on Aug. 5, 2024.

Examples of ocean cruises include the seven-day 'Alaska Fjords & Canadian Inside Passage' on Aug. 2, 2024, the 14-day 'Celtic Sea & Silver Coast' on June 8, 2024 and the seven-day 'Ephesus & Greek Island Gems' on Aug. 11, 2024.

'$4,000 Reasons to Sail with Silversea'

Silversea Cruises is offering savings up to $4,000 per suite on a wide variety of voyages, ranging from Antarctica to Alaska, the Galápagos to the Mediterranean.

The ‘$4,000 Reasons to Sail with Silversea’ program applies to new bookings made from Dec. 18 through Feb. 29. It provides savings of $2,000 per person on door-to-door all-inclusive fares or $1,000 per person on port-to-port all-Inclusive fares. Deposits for door-to-door fares are reduced to 15%.

Approximately 80% of open voyages feature in the offer. For example, an extended Mediterranean cruise round-trip Lisbon, Nov. 2-22, 2024, visits Southern Europe and North Africa with overnights in Malta and Cádiz. Inclusive of the offer, door-to-door fares for this Silver Moon trip start at $12,800, while port-to-port fares start at $11,650, down from $14,800 and $12,650 respectively.

And the Dec. 1-7, 2024 'Antarctica Bridge' expedition aboard Silver Endeavour that flies travelers across the Drake Passage to embark/disembark at King George Island starts at $18,500 (door-to-door) and $15,950 (port-to-port), down from $20,500 and $16,950 respectively.

Ambassador's savings, half-price drinks packages and more

Ambassador Cruise Line's 'Turn of Year Campaign' gives up to 63% savings on select sailings from April 7, 2024 to April 24, 2025 for travelers who book between Dec. 21 and Feb. 13. Half price drinks packages are available on all cruises.

The offers apply to Ambience, operating from London Tilbury, and Ambition, sailing from seven additional regional ports including Newcastle, Dundee, Edinburgh Leith, Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol and Falmouth.

Eligible itineraries include ports in Iceland, Western Europe's cultural capitals and the warmer climates of the Southern Hemisphere.

In addition, aboard three multigenerational sailings in the 2024/25 season, kids travel from as little as £99.

Groups of at least 15 travelers can get extral benefits, including a 5% discount on selected sailings. For groups of 25 adults, Ambassador will offer one additional free place (26th place), and two free places for groups of 50 adult guests (51st and 52nd places). Group bookings also get a special welcome cocktail party and preferential group dining arrangements.

As well, single supplements of as little as 25% are available on four cabin types including junior suites for certain sailings.   

Cunard's up to triple on-board spending money

At Cunard travelers can claim up to triple on-board spending money on select voyages when booking from Dec. 19 to March 4. Amounts vary by voyage duration.

Some of the itineraries included in this promotion are Cunard's iconic trans-Atlantic crossings, Norwegian Fjords cruises, Alaskan adventures and fly-cruises to the Western Mediterranean.

P&O Cruises' 10% deposit and on-board spending money

P&O Cruises is dangling the opportunity to secure a holiday with a 10% deposit on applicable 'select price' and 'early saver' holidays departing between Dec. 21, 2023 and March 28, 2026 when travelers book by March 4, 2024.

Extra on-board spending money is available when they book an applicable 'select price' holiday by March 4. Extra flights to the Caribbean from Glasgow and Cardiff have also been added.

And P&O Cruises is offering 20% off the 'Classic' drinks package on-board price of £44.95 per person, per day, when travelers book an applicable select price or early saver holiday by March 4. The offer applies to certain holidays of at least five nights. The extra on-board spending money offer excludes inside cabins on cruises under seven nights.

Cruises are available for less than £100 per person per day.

For example, a 14-night Mediterranean round-trip from Southampton on Arvia is priced starting at £899 per person for an inside cabin. The March 30, 2025 cruise visits La Coruña, Málaga, Alicante, Toulon, Barcelona and Cádiz. And a seven-night Canary Islands fly-cruise on Azura is from £549. Sailing round-trip Tenerife on Nov. 2, 2024, the trip includes return flights. Calls are at Madeira, Gran Canaria and Arrecife de Lanzarote.

AmaWaterways' 'Summer Triple Savings'

AmaWaterways' 'Summer Triple Savings' offer gives $2,000 savings, a free upgrade and $50 on-board credit per stateroom for select seven-, 10- and 11-night Europe river cruises departing in July and August 2024.

Those booking a 14-night Europe river cruise for the same months will save $4,000, get a free upgrade and $100 on-board credit per stateroom.

AmaWaterways' 'Summer Triple Savings' offer is applicable to select sailings on the Danube, in Southeast Europe and Bordeaux

The 'Summer Triple Savings' offer is applicable to 18 itineraries across 46 departure dates from early July to the end of August, including sailings on the Danube, in Southeast Europe and Bordeaux.

Travelers have until March 24 to make their reservation.

This offer is combinable with AmaWaterways’ Loyalty Benefits and Future Cruise Benefit Program. In addition, it can be combined with AirPlus, AmaWaterways’ fixed-price airfare offer, allowing travelers to get economy air at $899, premium economy air at $2,299 or business class air at $4,299 from all major US gateways on a wide selection of departure dates.

Scenic and Emerald savings, flights and drinks

Scenic Group USA is offering suite savings. All of the Scenic and Emerald Cruises products are represented with fare savings of up to $4,250 per suite for select European and Southeast Asia river cruises and up to $13,000 for select ocean sailings.

Free single supplements are also offered for select sailings.

The savings apply to new 2024 and 2025 bookings made from Dec. 18 through March 31, and are in addition to two-for-one fares. Full payment is required within 30 days of booking (14 days for departures less than six months away).

For the UK market, Scenic and Emerald's offer includes up to 40% discounts on ocean and river cruises, free business class flights and free drinks.

UK travelers can save up to 35% and get business class flights for select Scenic river cruises in Europe. For Scenic ocean cruises, the savings are up to 35% with return flights and door-to-door transfers included.

For select Emerald Europe river cruises, UK travelers can save up to 40% and get free drinks packages. And for select Emerald Southeast Asia river cruises, the savings are up to 25%.

HX's free international flights

HX (formerly Hurtigruten Expeditions) is offering UK travelers free international flights to destinations including Alaska, Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland, Svalbard, the Northwest Passage and select Galápagos voyages from March 29, 2024 to March 30, 2025.

The promotion is running from Dec. 20 to March 31 and applies to HX international arrival and departure packages, on flights from London Gatwick and London Heathrow.

Plus, during wave season, 1893 Ambassador members can get discounts of up to 10%, with Level 1 members receiving a 5% discount for offline bookings and Level 2 members getting a 10% discount for both online and offline bookings. This applies to new bookings made between Dec. 20 and Jan. 31 for departures until March 30, 2025.

Joining the 1893 Ambassador program is free, and travelers instantly become Level 1 members upon signup.

Riviera Travel's £1m gift give-away, discounts and travel advisor gift cards

Riviera Travel will be giving away more than £1m to customers during the next three months.

In its 40th year the UK company is guaranteeing to reward every booking made between Dec. 20 and Feb. 29 across its river, ocean and touring product.

The gifts include an eight-day all expenses paid river cruise for two with spending money, a worldwide tour for two, European tour for two and travel vouchers valued up to £500.

For UK customers every river cruise comes with return flights with regional airport options available at no additional cost, Eurostar travel on select ineraries, a 'Superior' drinks package and scheduled visits and tours. Plus, to mark the occasion, every 2024 river cruise departure will host a special 40th celebration on board.

For the US market, during January, Riviera River Cruises will offer wave season discounts of up to $700 per person for 2024 and 2025 European river cruises and a gift card incentive for travel advisors. A $400 per person discount will be available on eight-day cruises, including exclusive departures for solo travelers, and a $700 per person discount will be available on 11- to 15-day cruises.

For every cabin booked, travel advisors will receive a $100 gift card.
