As vp sales and marketing, De Souza is responsible for expanding and developing strategic account partnerships to support marketing opportunities, with a focus on increasing revenue performance through the travel agency distribution channel.
De Souza had directed national accounts at AmaWaterways since November 2013.
Earlier she spent 14 years with the Royal Caribbean group, most recently as channel strategy manager for Celebrity Cruises. At Celebrity and Royal Caribbean International she worked in sales and national account leadership roles with travel agents and is particularly known for developing home-based agent sales.
