Micky Arison sold shares under an existing Rule 10b5-1(c) sales plan
Carnival Corp. & plc chairman Micky Arison sold 212,474 shares between Sept. 18 and 19 under an existing Rule 10b5-1(c) sales plan dated Feb. 28.

According to filings, the shares were sold in multiple trades at prices ranging from $40.03 to $41.14 with an average price of $40.06 and $40.75.
