Micky Arison nets $434m in block share sale
Carnival Corp. & plc chairman Micky Arison on Friday executed a block sale of 10m CCL shares at a price of $43.37 or about $433.7m.

Arison advised he is selling for tax planing, estate planning and diversification purposes.

Following the transaction, Arison continues to hold about 90.7m shares. Members of the Arison family and related entities hold almost 159.2m shares.

CCL closed at $43.48 Friday, down 2% or 89 cents.
