Carnival Corp. chief accounting officer Freedman resigns
Larry Freedman has resigned as chief accounting officer and controller of Carnival Corp. & plc. CFO David Bernstein is assuming the chief accounting officer role and his compensation will not change as a result, according to a filing.

Freedman joined Carnival Corp. as controller in 1998 and was named chief accounting officer in 2007, responsible for company-wide US GAAP and international financial reporting standards and financial reporting.
