Carnival Corp. completes €500m senior notes offering
Carnival Corp. completed its public offering of €500m senior unsecured 1.625% notes due 2021. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to a filing.

The notes are guaranteed by Carnival plc.

Joint book running managers were BNP Paribas, JP Morgan Securities, Lloyds Bank, Merrill Lynch International, Mizuho International and Société Générale.
