Justin French - boosts sales leadership clout in key northern US metro areas
Carnival Cruise Line's Justin French, who was managing director of Canada and international sales, has a new title: regional vp, Canada and northern US. This adds sales leadership clout in key metro areas of the northern US.

French will continue to lead Canada sales, based from Toronto.

Assuming his other international responsibilities will be Iain Baillie, who is now vp UK and international sales. He'll continue to be based in the line’s London office.

Carnival also added business development support with a new sales territory in the upper Midwest of the US.

Tom Panici, a 30-year company veteran, will move from his job in charter, meeting and incentive sales to become business development director, upper Midwest, focusing solely on travel agent engagement. He'll report directly to French.

'These team enhancements allow us to work more closely with a significant number of agents and we look forward to the expertise these long-time travel industry veterans will bring to these new markets,' said Adolfo Pérez, vp sales and trade marketing.
