Celebrity Cruises partnership is bringing American Ballet Theatre to sea

A newly announced partnership between Celebrity Cruises and American Ballet Theatre will bring top-notch classical dance performances to sea.

Programming will include guest entertainer performances—12 in 2019 and six performances in 2020, on select sailings.

Ballet barre classes

Enrichment-based activities will span seminars, ballet barre classes and children’s classes on select sailings.

In addition, ABT performance access will be available as shore excursions at ports of call where the company performs.

Dates for Celebrity Summit and Celebrity Equinox

Guest appearances are set for Celebrity Summit on March 23 and Celebrity Equinox on May 25.

The partnership was announced at an event Wednesday night in New York, which also revealed chef Daniel Boulud as Celebrity's new culinary ambassador.
