Celebrity to roll out high-speed 'Xcelerate' Wi-Fi fleetwide
Celebrity Cruises is implementing high-speed Internet service across its fleet. 'Xcelerate' will allow for faster web browsing, accelerated page loads and more dependable video streaming capabilities.

The line said passengers will be able to access, with ease, Facebook, FaceTime, Skype, YouTube and Netflix, among others.

Celebrity president and ceo Lisa Lutoff-Perlo said the high-speed service would be available in port and on all the line's large ships anywhere in the world.

Xcelerate is available on Celebrity Reflection and soon will roll out to the other ships, though the line didn't provide specifics. It is not scheduled for small ship Celebrity Xpedition in the Galápagos.
