Changes to the Intercruises head office and Asia teams

Intercruises informs Carmen Morosan will take the role of worldwide product development manager, effective October, based in Barcelona as part of the head office team. Effective immediately, Errol James Chicano has been appointed regional product manager Asia, based in Singapore and assuming Morosan’s previous responsibilities. She will remain in Singapore until October to oversee a seamless transfer of responsibilities.

Morosan will support regional teams in ensuring Intercruises continues to enhance, innovate and consistently offer high quality shore excursions globally. She has a record of product creation and delivery, and joined Intercruises in 2013 as regional product manager Asia, leading shore excursion operations and product development across 13 countries.

Prior to this, Morosan worked in various on-board positions for more than 10 years. She will liaise with Laura Vlad, president North America & Caribbean, to assume the lead on projects started during her brief tenure in a worldwide product role.

Chicano will be responsible for creating cruise products and maintaining shore excursions service standards in Asia, working closely with national and regional managers to continually enhance Intercruises’ products in Asia. A specialist on the Asian cruise landscape, he has over five years’ cruise tour development and coordination experience, having worked for various cruises lines in a number of shore excursion positions, such as land discoveries manager and shore excursion executive.
