Chef Curtis Stone tells what inspired SHARE on Princess

It all began with his mum's roast chicken
Sharing food around a table, family-style, inspired Australian chef Curtis Stone, who talks about his new seagoing restaurant in a series of Princess Cruises videos. The first shows him at home with his mother, whose roast chicken is an evocative memory from his childhood.

The videos lead up to the debut of Stone's SHARE in December aboard Ruby Princess and Emerald Princess.

'SHARE is really the central philosophy of everything that I strive for and am passionate about when it comes to food—bringing people together, communicating in a different way and sharing beautiful dishes with the special people in your life,' Stone said.

Rolling out over the next two months, the eight-part video series also highlights chef Stone’s favorite ingredient, a special recipe, his personal culinary journey and his love of travel.
