Based in East Providence, Rhode Island, Cruise Brothers employs more than 3,000 cruise-focused travel agents.
'We have always been CLIA members as the training, education and tools that they provide are key to help our agents be successful and help us achieve our goal to be the best travel partner to our customers,' Cruise Brothers president and cfo Joseph Giampietro said. 'We are excited to upgrade our membership to a Diamond Agency, as this comes with added benefits to help our agents and agency be successful.'
Charlies Sylvia, vp member and trade relations for CLIA, welcomed the move.
