Cruise Canada New England welcomed over 1.5m passengers in 2014

The gathering heard of another successful season for Canada New England ports in 2014 which collectively welcomed more than 1,300 ship calls from 25 different cruise lines and more than 1.5m passengers.

Cruising generated an economic impact in excess of $1bn for the region this year, reported René Trépanier, executive director  of Cruise the Saint Lawrence.
