Crystal worked with the experts at MRM//McCann on an overarching design and functionality that focuses on ease of use, intuitive features, illustrative aesthetic and more navigation choice. The company also collaborated with American Eagle to develop a 'mobile first' e-commerce platform and a modern digital experience with extensive integrations through the guest travel experience.

Itineraries by map or list
At CrystalCruises.com travelers can explore in broad strokes or narrow selections based on destination, embarkation date, duration, ship, theme programming and even special offers. Additionally, day-by-day itineraries can be viewed in different ways (by map or list), including voyage details with straightforward fares. Interactive maps give users the ability to view complete itinerary details and zoom in to explore individual ports.
Travelers can now create a personalized profile with the ability to save their favorite experiences, future voyages and excursions to easily access again as well as find their Crystal Society information. For queries and expert consultation, the site also provides an interactive map that assists in locating a travel adviser based on the user's geographic location.
Crystal’s vessels are highlighted, with photography and detailed descriptions 'guiding' users through the ships. Specifications and features, deck plans, suite floor plans/design imagery, dining details and enrichment spaces and programs are provided.
