Experts at a Cruise Shipping Miami conference session devoted to trends in sales, marketing and distribution will delve into topics like new approaches to tap into the multi-generational and millennial markets and the challenges of marketing to an increasingly diverse/international customer base. Inclusive pricing models will be discussed, too.

Other topics include the key components of an integrated marketing strategy, and what has to happen to make multi-brand campaigns successful, including harnessing crowdsourcing.

Panelists are David Crooks, svp product & operations, World Travel Holdings; Ken Jones, vp group marketing, Carnival Corp. & plc; Lisa Leet, svp social strategy and consumer engagement, FleishmanHillard; Ken Muskat, evp sales, public relations and guest services, MSC Cruises USA; and Kara Wallace, avp brand management and media, Royal Caribbean International.

The March 17 afternoon session will be moderated by Lin Humphrey, Ph.D., marketing lecturer, Texas Tech University.
