POLAR Online provides more than 40 functions that help agents book, including real-time access to the best fares and exclusive selling and management services. The booking engine also serves as an agent portal for all Fathom information, including destinations, ship details and ongoing specials.
The system facilitates booking and managing experiences for both individual travelers and groups.
Agents can reserve staterooms for their clients directly online, sort and search sailings by price and automatically charge final payments to clients’ credit cards. They also can promptly change sailings on deposited bookings, list bookings by voyage, group contract or cross-reference ID and review extended options.
Additionally, agents can use POLAR Online’s UPSELL feature to easily move clients to higher fare categories.
