Debbie Summers has invited non-members to this year’s conference, which allows time for networking
The New Zealand Cruise Association announced an impressive list of guest speakers for its 2019 annual conference to be held in Auckland on August 22-23.

Adam Goldstein, global chair of Cruise Lines International Association and vice chairman of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., will be joined at Shed 10 on Queen’s Wharf by Ann Sherry, chair of Carnival Australia, and Sarina Bratton, chair Asia Pacific of Ponant Yacht Cruises & Expeditions.

Robert Morgenstern, svp of port operations and shore excursions for the Holland America Group, is also among the lineup of industry heavies.

'Shaping the Future' theme

The NZCA, founded in 1994 as Cruise New Zealand, held its first open annual conference in Auckland in 2013 and since then it has been held in alternative ports around the country every second year. This year’s theme is ‘Shaping the Future.’

Chairman Debbie Summers said the programme allows plenty of time for networking and everyone—including non-members—are invited to hear about the future of cruising in Auckland.
