Latest bird's-eye view of Tortola Pier Park construction

The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority released aerial photos taken Tuesday of the construction progress at Tortola Pier Park.

The development adjacent to Road Town's recently expanded cruise pier will feature retail, commercial, entertainment and green spaces.

Tortola Pier Park is scheduled for completion by year's end.
