CLIA said 20 cruise line executives are booked to attend, from All Leisure Group, Carnival Corp. & plc, Disney Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and Silversea Cruises.
The three-night cruise will sail from Barcelona and call at Marseille and Genoa before arriving at Civitavecchia (Rome).
'The Summit At Sea is a great opportunity for industry leaders to immerse themselves in the cruise community,' said CLIA Europe chairman Pierfrancesco Vago, executive chairman of MSC Cruises. He added MSC is excited to host the event.
Educational content will cover port development and operations, destination development and itinerary planning, environment, safety and security, port facility inspections and shore excursions.
