Travel retail specialist Macintyre Scott Xtra (MSX) is listed to supply beers, wines and spirits to Royal Caribbean International’s Anthem of the Seas for its debut season out of Southampton.

The contract comes just a few months after the supplier of bonded warehousing services was appointed to deliver to P&O Cruises’ Britannia.

Anthem of the Seas, which arrived in the UK today features 18 places for guests to eat and drink, including an array of restaurants from celebrity chefs Jamie Oliver, Michael Schwartz and Devin Alexander.

On board Anthem of the Seas, MSX is listing ABInBev beers including Corona, Budweiser, Stella Artois and Michelob. It is also supplying Courvoisier, Harvey’s Bristol Cream, Stones Ginger Wine and Baron Philippe de Rothschild wines Baron Henri 2010 Medoc and Ronan, by Clinet 2011.

MSX managing director, Nicola Ridges-Jones, said: ‘We are delighted to be supplying into Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas. It is a specialist job, with turnaround times at port being so tight, but with 41 years of experience in the industry we’re proud and thrilled to list into such a dynamic, cutting-edge ship.’
