NCLH plans to sell Hawaii tour operation to Roberts Hawaii

NCLH plans to sell Hawaii tour operation to Roberts Hawaii
The Hawaii business Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings plans to sell is Polynesian Adventure Tours, co-branded as Gray Line Hawaii, according to Pacific Business News.

The publication said a sale is pending to Roberts Hawaii.

Norwegian Cruise Line had acquired the tour company in 2004 when it was building up its US-flag Hawaii program.

In announcing fourth quarter earnings today, NCLH said it had executed a sale agreement in Q1 that was expected to be completed during 2016 for a transaction that would be immaterial to results for the current and prior year.

During NCLH's earnings call, cfo Wendy Beck said the Hawaii business—which she did not name—has revenues of about $32m a year and brings about $5m to the company's bottom line.
