Norwegian raises service charges for second time this year

Any passenger who has made a booking by July 31 will have the option of prepaying their service charges at the current rate if done prior to the final payment due date.

Customers with existing reservations who already have pre-paid their service charges at the current rate will not be affected.

Norwegian previously raised its service charges for cruises from March 1 this year. Before that, the rates were last adjusted in 2009.
